If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece. You can contact me at any time with my discord - queenaneria.♡ Please note that I have irregular hours of sleep and daily activities, but you shouldn't wait longer than 24 hours for a response.
♡ DMing me is not an invitation for unrelated conversation towards commissions, so please keep this in mind.

1. GENERAL TERMS
♡ All drawings will include a small watermark for your posting purposes.
♡ I, Kyraktos|QueenAneria reserve the right to post the commission on any social media.
♡ Prices are subject to change based on demand.
♡ I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
♡ Unless I am specifically designing a character for you, please give me a clear reference of the character you wish me to draw. Yes, this includes canon characters.
♡ I draw fictional characters only, I will not draw real people. Yes, this includes you too.
♡ If you order a character design from me, the following commission containing that character will be 30% off. (Single character only.)

2. PAYMENT
♡ I accept USD and can be paid via PayPal.
♡ The invoice must be paid within 48 hours. If you cannot make a payment within this window, please NOTIFY me before I send it.
♡ I take payment upfront. If the commission is over $250 USD, the payment can be split up. You will only receive a watermarked, low resolution sketch until it is paid.
♡ You may not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
♡ I will notify you when I have started on your commission—once I have started, you may not request a refund.
♡ While I'm working on your commission I will send you updates on each stage.
♡ During the updates, you will see work-in-progress on the image, which will include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
♡ The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work or US holidays.
♡ If anything comes up that will slow the progress of completing the commission, I will let you know ASAP.
♡ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution, unwatermarked image along with a smaller, watermarked web-friendly image for you to share online. Please note that there is no physical product.

4. REVISIONS
♡ You have 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price, this only applies during the sketch or lineart stages.
♡ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made. (i.e. missed a crucial detail.)
♡ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it, the price will fluctuate depending on the complexity of the change.
♡ If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge. (i.e. blurry screenshots, hard to read details on a low resolution image, etc.)

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
♡ I, Kyraktos | QueenAneria (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing that I have produced, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:
♡ Promote myself with it on any social media, portfolio, etc.
♡ Post on any social media I wish.
♡ I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).5a. You, the buyer are allowed to:
♡ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
♡ Use the watermarked artwork to promote themselves so long as it is not the main subject of earnings.
♡ Use the watermarked artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject of earnings.5b. The buyer may not:
♡ Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially or make money off it in any way.
♡ Claim the artwork as your own.
♡ Remove my watermark from the artwork.
♡ Alter the artwork without my consent.

6. AI, CRYPTO, NFT POLICY
Under no circumstances will the buyer be allowed to use any commissioned work from me, Kyraktos | QueenAneria (the artist) to do the following:
♡ Train any AI model.
♡ Use an AI Upscaler.
♡ Mint, sell, or trade as a NFT.
♡ Use in any form to gain money via cryptocurrency.

7. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
♡ I will do everything in my power I can to make my customers happy. If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
♡ I am willing to change some of the previously mentioned terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. (i.e. not posting anywhere at any point—however this will likely come with a fee. Please ask before payment has been rendered.)

8. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
♡ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
♡ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
♡ If you cancel your order before I have started it, you can get a full refund.
♡ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
♡ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our related conversation as well as the ToS as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

9. NSFW TERMS OF SERVICE
♡ You, the buyer, must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content.
♡ I, Kyraktos | QueenAneria (the artist), am a United States of America citizen and will abide by USA laws. Breaking this rule is extremely serious and will result in blacklisting/blocking on all social media, email, and any other means of contact. By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18. This rule is completely non-negotiable.
♡ I can accept or reject any commission request if I feel uncomfortable drawing it. Please don’t take it personally and respect my decision with this.

Things I will not draw! This is non-negotiable. If this does not suit you, I ask that you go somewhere else.
